Cocktail du Jour: Rattle Snake
- – 1 + 3/4 oz Rye Whiskey
- – 3 dashes of Absinthe
- – 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- – 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- – 1 egg white
Separate the egg white (Bane of Dan’s Existence)and place in shaker. Combine with all ingredients in the opposite tin. Combine tins with out ice then pour everything together. Shake hard!! (15 sec.)Then strain into a coup glass… Allow ma-rang to rise and garnish with a lemon twist.
