Cocktail du Jour: Whiskey Sour
- 2 oz Rye Whiskey
- 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg White
Separate the Egg white then place into a shaker. Then add the remaining ingredients list above. Combine without ice Shake well for 15 to 20 seconds and then add ice. Shake even harder this time. Strain into a coup glass (duh!)
