Cocktail du Jour: Bee’s Knees
– 2 oz. Gin
– 3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
– 3/4 oz. honey (simple syrup honey 1:1)
So you can use straight honey, but it just sinks to the bottom and doesn’t infuse or dissolve well. Best bet is to make it into a simple syrup. Add ingredients to shaker with ice and wreck that shit with shaking it. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist. Yell “23 SKADOO!” and down that shit before you hit up the local speakeasy.
