Cocktail du Jour: Gargle Blaster
– 3 1/2 oz Celeriac
– 3 1/2 oz Jerusalem Artichokes
– 3 1/2 oz Celery
– small bunch of mint ice cubes
Peel the Celeriac, chop it into sticks; scrub the artichokes. Juice the vegetables and the ming, being sure to alternate the mint leaves with the other ingredients to prevent the juicer getting clogged up. Process the juice in a blender of food processor with a couple of ice cubes and serve.
