– 1 tbs whole allspice
– 1 tbs whole cloves
– 1 star anise
– 3 cinnamon sticks
– zest of something citrus, your call (pictured: ruby grapefruit)
– sugar until the gagging subsidies
– splash of apple juice for the hell of it
